Praise-ercise Minimize

 

If you enjoy praise & worship music and you want to get in shape, why not join us for Praise-ercise classes?  We welcome any fitness level, because classes are adjusted to fit your needs.  Praise-ercise starts with a gentle stretching and toning class for those who haven't exercised for awhile or who are just getting started in a fitness routine.  The class then moves to a more intense workout that combines strength training, aerobics and toning.

There is absolute NO cost!  All you need to bring is an exercise mat and two small hand weights.

Praise-ercise: 6:30 PM on Mondays & 9:30 AM on Saturdays.
Classes meet at the new gtChurch campus.
